Hi everyone, first of all, I want to say thank you for all of the support I've had during the past 2 months since I started Pretty Prints. I'm just making this post to let you all know that Pretty Prints is not my only job, I do have a full-time job and can only work on products after 6pm and on weekends. Because of this, it is possible that orders can take from 1-2 weeks if you do need a rush order(1 week or less) send me a message and I'll let you know if I am able to do it, just so you are aware there will be an additional fee. If you are interested in a tray those can take about 2 weeks it is a lengthy process, it all depends on my workload. Delivery may be available for a small fee but I try to avoid it so shipping and pick up are preferred. Also remember the longer you take to respond to a message the longer your order will take.
There are no refunds. Just know that I do not sell anything I wouldn't use or buy myself so if you have any issues with your order let me know and I will try my best to fix it.

If an item arrives damaged or does not meet the specified order details, please contact us immediately to address the issue. Nonrefundable deposits, such as design fees, will not be returned if the order is canceled after the design process begins.
