Return Policy

At Pretty Prints, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and ensuring each item meets our quality standards. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer full refunds unless there is an error on our part. If an item arrives damaged or does not meet the specified order details, please contact us immediately to address the issue. Nonrefundable deposits, such as design fees, will not be returned if the order is canceled after the design process begins.
