Hi Pretty Fam, just making a post to let you know a few things until I can get them listed on the website(still working on it).
All orders must be paid in full before they are started. Turn around time for all custom orders is 2-3 weeks unless it’s a rush order which there will be an upcharge for. Delivery is $5 if I'm able to. There is always a pickup option otherwise shipping is $6.

It is rare to make identical items. There may be blemishes/ variations including bubbles, dimples, pin-sized rough spots or mixing of colors. You may find minor distinctions that make your item genuine and truly one-of-a-kind. Glitter is one with me if you work with glitter you know! You may find a random speck of glitter in your item (sorry guys, it is practically impossible to keep glitter away). I ask that you find beauty in the flaws, as we are people who are not perfect, my handmade items won't be either. I will do my very best to make your item special and with as few imperfections as I can.
DO NOT put cups in the dishwasher, do not soak for long periods, do not leave in hot cars, and dropping on hard surfaces may cause irreparable damages. For clothing, try to handwash if possible but they will be fine in the washer. I ask that you please hang dry custom items as to prolong the colors of the print.
Due to variations in screen setting and other electronic devices, there may be slight differences in colors.

• Make a comment about your "need by" date in the 'note to seller' section at check out
• While "need by" dates are not guaranteed delivery dates, we do our best to accomodate
♥ Personalization/Customization
• After you add the item to your cart, there will be a box that says "Add an optional note to seller." All details can be included here
♥ Are your items dishwasher safe?
• Any items personalized with vinyl, should be washed with warm soapy water. Despite using high quality, permanent, outdoor vinyl, the heat from a dishwasher should ruin the adhesive.
♥ SHIPPING
• Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update.
• This shop is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping delays through USPS. Once you have received your shipment notification, your package is sent to the post office that same day. Please bring any issues with lost packages to the post office directly. I am in no way affiliated with USPS and use their services as a customer, however I will do my best to help contact them if needed.
♥ Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations
• I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item. However, if a mistake is made in your personalization, I will be happy to replace it at no cost.
•Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.

However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer full refunds unless there is an error on our part. If an item arrives damaged or does not meet the specified order details, please contact us immediately to address the issue. Nonrefundable deposits, such as design fees, will not be returned if the order is canceled after the design process begins.
