Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We do take custom orders send us a message to victoria@prettyprintspgh.com and let us know what you need and we will let you know if we are able to bring your ideas to life!

Do I have to pay for my custom order ahead of time?

Yes, like any other business payment is due before I begin any order. If you would like a proof before your order is started there will be a $15 nonrefundable design fee, that fee will go towards your order if you do decide to make a purchase. You can make up to two(2) changes to the design before I will require full payment. If you decide against placing your order there will be NO REFUNDS for that deposit.

Can you put my logo on items?

We usually are able to customize items with a customer's business logo. There are rare occasions that we have had low quality images sent to us and we are not able to. In order to put your logo on items we would need it sent as a PNG file, which is the one commonly used as a watermark for photos with a transparent background. We will not use JPEG logos with the white background unless you wanted it printed on a white shirt(or other product).

I have an event coming up and need shirts made when can they be done? 

Orders are only started once payment is made in full. If everyone is paying separately, when each shirt is made would depend on when that person pays. Everything is handmade so please try and give us TWO WEEKS notice. 

Can you do rush orders?

Depending on our schedule and the products requested rush order service may be available. There is a rush order fee. Please send us a message detailing when you need your items and the quantity and we will let you know if and when it can be fulfilled.

How long will my order take?

Everything on our site is custom and made to order. So orders tend to take about 7-14 business days. Please keep that in mind when you are ordering.

What is NSFW?

NSFW listings have a blurred cover image just in case you are someone who doesn't want to see items that may be risqué in nature. I have many different types of customers, so I try to keep that in mind.

Do you offer refunds? 

I do not offer full refunds unless the issue is due to my negligence. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

Do you do bulk order discounts?

Bulk orders start at twelve (12) items or more there may be a percentage (%) discount or a dollar ($) discount depending on the item, please send us a message detailing which item you are interested in. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the quantities of items ordered as well as the size and weight. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
