We aim to provide the best shipping options for our customers. Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and quantity of the items ordered. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once an order is placed, please allow 7-14 business days for your items to be custom-made before they are shipped. We currently offer standard shipping, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, but we are committed to ensuring your items reach you as promptly as possible.

Return Policy

At Pretty Prints, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and ensuring each item meets our quality standards. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer full refunds unless there is an error on our part. If an item arrives damaged or does not meet the specified order details, please contact us immediately to address the issue. Nonrefundable deposits, such as design fees, will not be returned if the order is canceled after the design process begins.
